Great company, great staff, very thorough. I needed cleaning last minute and somehow they got me in. My mother had passed away and no other company would get me in but Kristina's went above and beyond. Even bringing flowers to the cleaning. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Kristina's Cleaning Service on relatively short notice to schedule a deep clean of my apartment before moving out. She was easy to communicate with via email and by phone. I filled out the quote section on the website and promptly received a quote. I provided my payment info and booked the appt.

On my cleaning day (also move-out day), I was running a bit behind. They were flexible and accommodating when I asked to move the appointment back an hour. Kristina and three of her cleaners arrived on time and got to work quickly. They listened to my concerns and prioritized the areas most important to me.

They did a fantastic job - from ceiling to floor in every room, including the fridge/stove/oven/bathroom. The apartment looks better than when I moved in. I was very impressed.

All four cleaners were very sweet and trustworthy (kudos to Kristina for hiring cool, trustworthy people I felt comfortable with). I would use them again in the future for a move-in, move-out , or periodic scheduled cleaning. Tip them well - they're worth it.

I've never used a cleaning service before and chose Kristina's because of the reviews and am very glad I did. I called last minute, they were able to fit me in the same day. Everything worked out easy and smooth. I had some initial challenges with the appointment booking process. I really like using apps, email and online booking but found the need to reach out for more direct confirmation of booking and appointment. Wanda did my cleaning and it was everything you want a cleaning to be - the house is clean and with my mother's visit this weekend I feel really good about having had a cleaning. She started with the bathroom than kitchen to make sure those two areas got the most attention. I have had two other services in Providence and this was the best cleaning thus far.

My cleaner, Tatiana, arrived very close to the expected time and was very professional and pleasant. She checked in to see what we needed and went right to work. I have had 2 people in the past, so wasn't sure if she could get as much finished as I hoped, but she was very efficient and very thorough. She completed even more than I expected and the house looked fabulous! I will definitely book again.

I've been using Kristina's cleaning service for a little over a year now, and I love them! They clean my home so efficiently. A breath of fresh air to be able to utilize a cleaning company you can trust.

A very good service with efficient and pleasant cleansers. They were attentive to the small but necessary accommodations needed, ie hard wood floors. Be aware when making a two hour appointment that that 2 hours is the window of their arrival rather than the actual cleaning times so give a 4 hour time block so you will not get antsy.

Bookings are online which is great, the office manager is very helpful and often discounts are advertised.

Wow, they did a great job! Great communication throughout the process and they were total professionals while they were at our house. The house looked and smelled great when they were finished. They made great suggestions for other services we may want, but didn't push anything on us. We will definitely be telling our friends about this service and I am glad we have them coming back!

We just used Kristina's cleaning for the first time for our apartment and are very happy with their work. Christina in the office was nice enough to email me the morning of to let me know the their arrival time, and they were on time. Online booking seems really convenient to use in the future. Both women who cleaned were very friendly with our dog - this is the main reason we switched cleaning providers as we've had other cleaners who were not comfortable being left alone with the dog. We definitely plan on using Kristina's again!
